Sonya Sigler moderated this interesting and varied panel discussion on becoming relationship ready and putting strategies in place to identify red flags and green lights in your relationships. The discussion focused on knowing what you want in a relationship and being present in a way that enables to you to hear if the values and beliefs line up with what you want. So many times women value the connection with someone else over listening to their intuition. How much heartache and wasted time can be avoided if we listen to ourselves! Our speakers/panelists were:

The RSVP survey showed about a third of the respondents said that they cannot find a relationship worth their time and effort. About 50% of the respondents said other and listed issues related to navigating current relationships and wanted advice on how to change old beliefs or motivate their partner.
The takeaways from this discussion were:
– Genuinely appreciate the relationships you have and express that appreciation on a regular and authentic basis.
– Knowing what you want in a relationship is important to know before you go “looking” for a relationship.
– Being present is important to the growth and cultivation of relationships.
– Sometimes we do need an objective support system to help us navigate relationships.
